Midway’s First Slice of the Month!

On Tuesday, July 21st, our Midway Team chose their first Slice of the Month recipients!

The Slice of the Month program was created by the Midway management team to recognize a member of their front of house team and a member of their back of house team for their hard work and dedication to their job. Front of the house criteria is based on showing leadership, being crossed trained in several positions, giving great customer service, suggesting rewards, order accuracy and menu knowledge and being punctual along with being a good team mate. Some of the criteria for the back of house is showing leadership, being crossed trained in several positions, producing great looking and tasting products and being punctual along with being a good team mate. Each month the managers will meet and vote on who gets the title of “Slice of the Month”.

This month we’d love to congratulate Gabriela Gamboa and Leobardo Paz! Gabriela has been with Lou’s for 3 years and is the first front of house Slice of the Month and Leobardo has been with Lou’s for a little over a year and is the first back of house Slice of the Month.

Manager Tony Little said, “Both of them have really stepped up and stood out. I just wanted to congratulate both of them on a job well done!”
