Rockford invested in their employees at their recent Connections meeting.
Together they enjoyed a light breakfast of conchas and juice and had their biggest turn out yet! The team discussed the self-awareness concept of taking 100% Responsibility. Taking 100% Responsibility is to consciously recognize how our actions contribute to a situation, instead of blaming others. It is considering our part in creating the issue and accepting full responsibility. Connections is a meeting where you and your team do just that – CONNECT – while learning, practicing and discussing different self-awareness concepts. Be sure to ask your manager when your next Connections meeting is so you can be part of it.
