On Friday, November 22nd, our Naperville team received a call from a woman who needed help, and fast!
Turns out the woman was the mother of a bride-to-be who originally scheduled her daughters rehearsal dinner at Giordano’s on that day, Friday the 22nd for 30 people at 5:30. Giordano’s called, minutes before their party was supposed to start, to say their ovens were down and they could no longer accommodate her party. She called Lou’s and hoped for a miracle! Melissa and David, members of our Naperville team, were able to accommodate their 30 person party at a moment’s notice, even though it was a busy Friday night. At the end of their dinner they were shocked to find their server, Laura, had picked up the tab! Needless to say they were so thankful and their dinner was a huge success thanks to Melissa, David and Laura!
Our Naperville team truly went above and beyond to help this family out of a sticky situation. We cannot thank our staff enough!
