This month, our Malnati Rockstar is Jose Gomez from Schaumburg! A family was dining with us on a Friday night, and after waiting about an hour to be seated, they were frustrated as soon as they got to their table. Their server, Jose, was able to shift their experience a full 180 degrees, and in the end, the customer left us a 5-star review on Yelp!
The compassion, care, and professionalism in [Jose’s] voice was unparalleled to anything I had ever experienced before. He checked on us multiple times throughout the meal and treated us as we were valued customers.

The manager…made our experience even better…he was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to, and very relatable. On a long, busy Friday night I’m sure he had multiple tasks on his plate, but still took the time to go above and beyond to make our experience better… This is an experience I will never ever forget and from the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank Jose, his manager, and everyone else on the team for making our experience beyond perfect.
