This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Joe from River North!
A customer visiting from out of town came to River North on a busy night and sat at the bar. They were so impressed with their bartender, Joe, and his excellent service, they sent us this email:
“I visited Chicago last weekend and arrived to Lou Malnati’s at evening rush hour on a Thursday. My wife and I sat at the bar with 3 of our local friends. The place was slamming. Joe, the bar tender was killing it. Handling bar tabs, waitresses tabs and walk ups while washing dishes when the bar back got backed up. He never lost his smile and treated everyone as if they were the most important customer of the day. I hope the next time I am visiting, he’ll be slinging drinks behind your lovely bar.”
Just like the customer said, you killed it, Joe!
Great job providing excellent hospitality with a smile in the midst of the hustle and bustle of a busy bar. You rock!
