Introducing … The Lou Burger!
The newest Limited Time Offer (LTO) is an Angus beef burger covered with cheddar and provolone cheeses, topped with a sautéed mix of garlic, spinach, and mushrooms. Garnished with sliced tomatoes and sprinkled with a dash of Romano cheese and oregano, it is served on a toasted focaccia bun.
How are LTOs determined?
A menu committee made of representatives from marketing, kitchen operations, district managers, and store personnel evaluate LTO possibilities.
How long do they last?
Typically, a LTO lasts for 3 months. This cycle is divided between January – March, April – June, July – September, and October – December. And sometimes in the 3rd quarter, a Caprese Salad will be added for 1 month because the ingredients are in season.
Where are they available?
Normally, LTOs are available at all full-service restaurants except for Lawndale and Phoenix. They have also made some appearance in cafés.
The Lou Burger makes its debut on Tuesday, April 3rd!
