Our Elk Grove Team worked around the clock to pull off a massive catering order! Employees and managers stayed late, came in early and on their days off, and even pulled all-nighters to put together an order that included over 4,000 individual salads, over 600 pizzas, and 5,000 individually packaged cookies.
The order was for a United Airlines employee appreciation event at O’Hare Airport, and the teams’ amazing teamwork allowed the day to go off without a hitch. Our customer was thrilled with the end result!
