Our August Malnati Rockstar is Alfredo from our River North team!
Alfredo, better known to his team as Tigre, is the Kitchen Supervisor at River North. He’s been a part of the Lou’s Family for 22 years and was nominated to be a Malnati Rockstar by General Manager Caitlin Fennen.
Here’s what she had to say about Alfredo (Tigre) –
“I have had the privilege of working alongside Tigre for two years. He is truly the heart of our kitchen. Tigre takes pride in everything he does, consistently striving for excellence while ensuring everyone around him is set up for success. He is the ultimate teammate, often arriving early and staying late to ensure the kitchen never lacks support. His impact is unmeasurable; he has personally trained and molded our new teammates into outstanding additions to this team. On a personal note, Tigre taught me how to maximize my impact in the kitchen and how to have fun when stress levels are high. His enduring love for this team and company continues to amaze me, making him a Rockstar in my and the entire teams’ eyes.”
It’s clear to see why Alfredo is such an important part of his team and of Lou’s. He’s very deserving of being named a Malnati Rockstar.
