People & Culture at Brookfield

Here’s an update on all of they’ve been up to, with accompanying photos below –

Their People and Culture Board was updated with THE GIFT
They hosted a table at St. John Vianney’s Taste of Our Community Event
They celebrated their moms for Mother’s Day, as well as birthdays for some of their team members
They hosted a table at Brookfield Central High School, the BC Be Bop Fundraiser, and provided a gift basket for their silent auction
General Manager Mariana Buenrostro planned a dessert day for the team, and manager Joe Haines planned a snow cone day as a part of their year-long 2026 People and Culture initiatives
MIT Lauren Ord and manager Jim Livesey took the Lou’s hot truck to deliver a catering order to the Miami Marlins at American Family Field when they were in town to take on the Brewers
They decorated the store for Fourth of July. The theme was country farmhouse with festive red, white, and blue bunting around the dining room
