Our June Malnati Rockstar for Front of House is Cathy from Our Tinley Park Team
Cathy was nominated by her manager Gonzalo Islas for her role in the Transitional Employment Program (TEP) as well as her overall care for her team and community. Here’s what Gonzalo shared about Cathy –
“We would like to proudly nominate Cathy as a Malnati Rockstar for her exceptional dedication, leadership, and positive impact on our team and community. Cathy consistently demonstrates what it means to be a dependable and caring team member. She is always willing to step in, help others, and ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter the challenge.
What truly sets Cathy apart is the incredible effort she has put into the program with the students from Andrew High School. She has gone above and beyond to create meaningful connections with the kids, offering guidance, encouragement, and support that has made a lasting difference in their experience. Her patience, compassion, and commitment to helping students succeed have not gone unnoticed.
Cathy brings a positive attitude every day and inspires those around her with her work ethic and genuine care for others. She represents the values of teamwork, leadership, and community involvement at the highest level. For all of these reasons and more, we believe Cathy is truly deserving of being recognized as Rockstar.
