Lou Malnati’s was named a USA Top Workplace for the 6th year in a row!
This distinction comes from the confidential employee feedback collected through our annual Energage culture survey. Lou’s was one of only 110 organizations with 2,500+ employees to be recognized as a 2026 USA Top Workplace. More than 42,000 organizations nationwide were invited to participate in the program.
This is an achievement we should all be proud of as it is a true reflection of our incredible team and the culture we have worked together to build. Our people remain the foundation of our company, and it’s your words and feedback that allows us to continually be recognized as a Top Workplace.
Based on survey feedback, our top-scoring culture store was Oakbrook Terrace. The Oak Brook team has done a tremendous job of living out our Malnati DNA in all areas of their store.
