Our March Malnati Rockstar for restaurants is Marie from our Evanston team!
Marie was nominated by General Manager Linda Gonzales. Linda wanted to recognize Marie for her heart, in particular during our recent partnership with Make-A-Wish this past February.
Here’s what Linda shared about Marie –
“Marie has such a kind and giving heart. She embodies the Malnati heart of service. If you have to find a puppy a home, she is your person. She will foster any animal while actively looking for their forever home. She volunteers at her church’s food pantry and other various outreach programs. She always has a shoulder to lean on if you’re in need of one.
This part February, when we partnered with Make-A-Wish and sponsored Anne’s wish, Marie made pins with Anne’s picture on them so team members could wear them around the restaurant and talk to guests about the cause. Marie was actively telling guests about Anne and how purchasing heart-shaped pizzas would help benefit her.
Every once in a while, Marie will bring in her delicious brownies for the team just to make us smile. She is one of the kindest people and someone who will do anything for anybody. Her going above and beyond to help Anne out is the perfect example of the type of person she is.”
