Our All-Manager Meeting was held at the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont, IL.
The annual meeting brings together leaders from all throughout our company, both from our stores and support center, for a jam-packed day full of celebration, recognition, team building, and a look ahead at the year to come.
Several individuals and teams were honored for their tremendous accomplishments. This includes our Kindness Rocks Award winning store, our Jean Malnati Miller Award winning restaurant and carryout, our 2025 Big Cheese winners, and of course speeches that highlighted the careers of milestone anniversary recipients. Congratulations to the following leaders on who were recognized for their milestone anniversaries –
- Bill Feld, Manager (Cary) – 30 Years
- Felipe Barrera, General Manager (Addison) – 30 Years
- Jose Luis Hernandez Olivares, General Manager (Harwood Heights) 30 Years
- Gregg Kopp, General Manager (Ninety Fifth) – 30 Years
- Eric Casady, District Manager – 10 Years
- Alexander Smith, General Manager (Tempe Marketplace) – 10 Years
- Grant Senderak. General Manager (Bloomingdale) – 5 Years
Stay tuned to read more about our other award winners mentioned above! We also took the time to introduce every new leader who was attending the meeting for the first time as well as those who were promoted to new roles in 2025.
In the afternoon, the group was split into 23 teams for a “Minute to Win It,” breakout activity put on by Best Corporate Events. Competition and team building were on full display as the teams competed to finish in the top three and be awarded a medal.
All together, the day served as a great way to highlight so many of the great things accomplished in 2025 and set our sights on how what we will achieve together in 2026.
