2020 Culture Celebrations: Most Improved Carryout

On Friday, November 6th, our Old Irving team celebrated being the most improved carryout in our Culture Ingredients Survey!

They celebrated with a team lunch from Portillo’s and received custom made t-shirts. They took the time to talk about ways to make the culture in their store even better. Congratulations to our OV team and managers Michael and Jordan for making Lou’s a great place to work!
