Our 12th annual Lou Malnati’s Leadership Retreat was held at Second City
General Managers and Directors from each of Lou’s markets gathered together for a day full of learning and laughter. Second City treated the group to an outstanding afternoon full of interactive skits that were as informational as they were comedic. In the morning, the guests were treated to speeches from several leaders in the Lou’s family, including a Q&A session with Marc Malnati, Jim D’Angelo, and Mike Archer. One of the truly great moments from the day were the Appreciations, where District Managers stood at the podium and gave heartfelt shoutouts to a manager who they are particularly grateful for.
Following Second City, the attendees headed next door to Utopian Tailgate to cap off the night with dinner and dancing. It was over 10 hours of fun packed into one day!
